To book our group package, we require a minimum of 6 guests and can accommodate up to 12 guests for a delightful spa experience. 

The price for our group package is $275 per person, ensuring each member of your party receives exceptional value and relaxation.  We kindly request a $50 deposit per person to secure your spa day booking. 

Absolutely! Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. Rest assured, we provide specialised care during massages, focusing on areas like the neck and shoulders, ensuring a soothing and safe experience for expecting mothers. 

Upon your arrival at the spa, you'll be warmly greeted by our friendly team. If it's your first visit, expect to fill out some quick forms, then feel free to start unwinding right away. Enjoy complimentary refreshments while you complete the paperwork. Once done, we'll give you a tour of our spa facilities and present you with a welcome box containing your schedule and spa attire. Take a moment to change into your spa attire (don't forget your underwear or swimwear underneath!). Your schedule will detail your treatments, with spare time included for indulging in a delicious platter, taking a dip in the pool, relaxing in the sauna, or simply enjoying a good book. Please ensure punctuality to make the most of your spa experience without missing or delaying any treatments. 

During your spa treatment, expect a personalised experience beginning with a consultation to assess your skin's condition. Your therapist will guide you through each stage of the treatment, explaining its purpose and benefits. Feel free to engage in conversation as much or as little as you like. Don't hesitate to request anything that could enhance your comfort and relaxation during the session. Your comfort is our priority. 

After your spa treatments, the choice is yours to relax further. You can swim, lounge by the pool, or unwind in our outdoor seating area. Feel free to depart whenever suits you, but kindly inform our staff beforehand for safety. Before leaving, please ensure you've collected all your belongings and left your spa attire in the provided box. Your comfort and safety are our priorities. 

Life happens, and we're here  keep things stress-free for you. If your schedule takes an unexpected turn and you need to cancel your reservation, don't sweat it! Just drop us a line at least 14 days before your spa day, and we'll gladly refund your payment, deducting a $50 non-refundable deposit per person.

If you need to reschedule your spa day, we kindly ask for 48 hours' notice. We're happy to work with you to find an alternative day that fits your schedule. If you find yourself needing to cancel within 14 days of your reservation, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund your payment.

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes you need a little extra support to fully enjoy your spa experience. We're pleased to offer a creche service upon request, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. For just $3 per child, your little ones can be cared for in a safe and nurturing environment while you indulge in some well-deserved pampering.
